CG Athletics

Congratulations to all our athletes who competed at Canberra yesterday. We had a very successful campaign with many students qualifying for Sydney. This will be held on Wednesday 24th of September.  

A special mention to:

Our Junior girls relay team; Emmeline Last, Faith Roberts, Ella Sannazzaro, Zoe Last  who came first.

Emmeline Last - who came overall girls Junior age champion. 1st in 100m, 2nd in 200m, 3rd in 1500m.

Ella Sannazarro - 1st in High Jump, 2nd in Long Jump, 2nd in 100m 

Olivia Cassidy - 1st in High Jump, 1st in Long Jump, 2nd Shotput

Ivy Wooderson - 3rd in Shotput

Abigail Booth - 2nd in 100m 

Faith Roberts 3rd in 100m

Alex Byrne- 3rd in 1500m 

Angus Dickinson 3rd in High Jump, 2nd in 100m 

Malakai Petrovic 2nd in High Jump

Harry Schofield 3rd in Long Jump

Boorowa Touch and Netball

The event for the Boorowa Touch and Netball carnival will be live soon. This is a great day for students to have a go at sporting events that they may not usually play. The Boorowa carnival has run for many years and is something that students remember for years to come.
